James P. Sullivan - or Sulley as he's called in Disney Monsters Inc. - has a big grin and a heartwarming look of mischief on his face. This is one of the more popular Monsters Inc. plush toys because it has the two starring characters of the Pixar movie together. Big blue Sulley is holding his little green friend Mike Wyzowski, so it's a very nice toy to have for someone who likes both characters. Mike is attached with a tiny piece of Velcro so you can play with the two separately if you want. He was big in the Disney Monsters Inc. movie, but James P. "Sulley" Sullivan is huge in real life with this rare plush toy available now. He looks just like in the Pixar movie, Mike Wazowski, Sulley's sidekick and assistant, leaves out no detail such as a single huge eye, big hands and feet and little horns. He's got a big toothy grin, too, and it's easy to laugh when you see him.

This is technically not Monsters Inc. plush toys, but this Mike Wazowski is so awesome, I simply had to include him on this page. Mike Wazowski runs around on his scare scooter, a remote-controlled vehicle controlled by either a joystick or push of a button. The scooter has flashing lights, horn and reverse beeping, all the while Mike talks it up. This is a collectible toy, and it also takes LOTS of batteries, but it has an overall 4-star rating.. Boo Plush Toys

The most endearing character in the film is obviously Boo. Many want a Monsters Inc. Boo doll because she is so sweet and pretty - lots of little girls like her the best. These dolls will not disappoint, they are adorable.

Oh my gosh, I think this little Boo is so CUTE! She's got such huge brown eyes and sweet face, and she's holding her little stuffed brown monster doll with one eye and two horns named Mikey.
